Personal Input: Paranormal Activities 3 and The Thing

Hello!

I went to the movies today with my brother and sister with her friend to watch Paranormal Activity 3 and The Thing.

I love horror movies and I was very satisfied with the movies but they were really really loud.
The PA movies make you want to think about evil spirits and devils and stuff and oh man...I LOVED IT!!!

I suggest people go watch it if you're into scary things.
If you're not into horror movies...then I'd still tell you to go because its funny. Tons of laughs.

The Thing was pretty good too.
If you watched the original or the remake, this movie is actually the prequel and it explains where the monster or alien life came from.
Really loud movie I must add...too much screaming and screeches.

I give PA 8/10 and The Thing 7/10.

Personal Input: Food that looks good but...

Hello there friends!
I know I seem to be doing more personal inputs than actually posting up art work but I really enjoy these a little bit more. Mainly because I can talk about my interests and whatever.

Well on to the point: Food that looks good but...
1. tastes awful
2. smells funky
3. feels like eating rubber sandals

Ever had these type of things happen to you guys?
I mean there are certain foods I would eat even if it looks/tastes bad but there are some good things that just ruin my appetite...

I for one HATE cream filled bread that I find in asian markets or bakeries...
They look good but the cream just ruins everything that keeps me together.
I feel like I would rather eat a can of dog food for a month rather than eat one of those dreadful creamy bready abominations...

Tell me about any personal experience when it comes to good looking food just being awful.

Personal Input: Boredom

Hello everyone.
I have a huge problem....I get bored really easily these days.
I don't really have much to do except watch tv or something.
Exercising isn't as much fun as it used to be and friends are always busy.

My question to you:
What do you do for fun and to keep yourself from being bored?

This is a photo retouch I did of my friend.
This makes the ocean pop out and it also compliments the sky and scenery around him.
I also made it so he is colored a different hue of his original tone to give it more of a lively tone.

Personal Input: Craigslist

Today I went with a friend to sell his stuff on craigslist.
My friend was selling his PS3 and a few people were interested and they coincidentally were located in the same general area so we went.
The buyers told us where we should meet and make the exchange.
When we got there the buyer was no where to be found.
So we decided to go to the second buyer and he texted us saying he was at the location we were at.
Turns out the buyers were the same people who was trolling us...fml

It was a big waste of time for us....but we got food in the end. :D

Personal Input: Insomnia

Hello everyone.
I decided to put the tag "Personal Input" for things not related to my work regarding models and drawings and what not.

What I want to say is this:

Do any of you guys suffer from insomnia or a abnormal sleeping problem?
How do you deal with it?

I'm having problems sleeping sometimes and it gets to the point where I'm up till 4 am or even 10 am the next day.

If any of you guys have this problem please share with me and some tips on how you deal with it.

Working on a 3d model and decided to animate it for no apparent reason.

I think it came out pretty well but yea.

Its nothing too professional but I was just making it do some sumo palm slaps.

Hello there to whomever may be reading this!
I'm a new blogger and I wanted to make a blog to show off my work as an artist, graphic designer, and 3d artist and to maybe get some work from people.
I'm fairly new to this blogging thing and I hope to get some stuff out to you all real soon.
Nothing to show yet but please feel free to contact me if you see something you like and want to hire!
I'll also post stuff I find interesting here as well so its not going to all be about designing and art and what not.
